Boston Cares fills 25,000 volunteer slots across Greater Boston each year – many through hands-on and portable projects that require tools and supplies to make them happen, like drills for building beds, ladders for painting BPS classrooms, and educational tools for ESOL students preparing for the citizenship exam. As our programs have grown, so has our inventory, and we’ve outgrown our current self-storage units.  To make room for new tools and build efficiency for our team to accomplish more projects for our nonprofit and school partners, we’re moving to a bigger, better space!

Our new space gives us one large open space to work with – space to build out shelving and new organization systems, space for our new Operations & Supply Manager to inventory supplies and manage distribution, and space to prep for carpentry projects.  We need your help to outfit the space to make the most of it!  Your support will help us create an amazing new space for our team to imagine new possibilities for what we can accomplish in service to our partners!
