On Saturday, January 26, Boston Cares teamed up with Project 351 to spend the day at the Greater Boston Food Bank. The Project 351 Ambassadors worked alongside Governor Deval Patrick on the Food Backpack Program, a project that ensures kids get enough to eat over the weekend.

Project 351 celebrates the power of young people as a force for positive change in their communities and our Commonwealth. Through service, leadership development, enrichment, and friendship with a statewide community of peers, Ambassadors build skills and confidence, explore issues, embrace leadership, and motivate a lifetime of service.
Project 351 is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization fueled by the passion of our 8th grade Ambassadors, families, Alumni, educators, partners, and a coalition of high-impact service and non- profit organizations. –Project 351 website
